My passion for baking began, when I was a young girl cooking and baking with both my Nanna and my Nonna. It brought me great happiness and I knew I wanted to do this for the rest of my life. After finishing school in 2010 I embarked on my journey of all things sweet. I completed my certificate in Retail Baking - Cake and Pastry in 2013, then in 2015 I had the opportunity to study at the Italian Chef Academy in Italy.

I create sugary, decadent and moreish treats and cakes for all occasions, including wedding cakes, birthday cakes and much more. I also have a market stall selling all things sweet and delicious. Check out the bottom of the page for the next market date.
